Barre Body® started as a workshop offered at Studio Body Logic (SBL), Northern Virginia’s first Authentic Pilates studio, in 2009. The response was so enthusiastic that weekly classes were added and a professional training program was soon developed. Since then, the Barre Body® Teacher Certification program has created additional resources and hired Teacher Trainers to certify and license dance and fitness teachers across the country expanding our national network of instructors.
